Ah, I just got done a 1/2 hour of yoga, and I can't believe how much better I feel. By the end of work today I felt to tired and sluggish all I wanted to do when I got home was go to bed. I took a short nap, but it didn't do anything. I'm amazed one short yoga session can make a world of difference. I really want to try to keep this a routine for almost every day. Of course, I've been saying this for the past six years, but this time I'm really going to try!
I've been fairly good at eating better and getting more sleep. Exercise is the one area I really need to improve.
Every time I go into the bookstore I see Darcy & Elizabeth, and I always want to buy it. I have a thousand books to read, and I always feel guilty buying yet another book. But, it's Pride & Prejudice, only one of my many geeky obsessions.
Yummy, yummy. Watching Gary Oldman in The Scarlett Letter. Naughty!
Where is your favourite place to be on a sunny Sunday afternoon?
My favorite place to be would probably be the beach. I absolutely love the beach. I can sit there for hours on doing nothing with no problem. Something about the beach just feels right to me, like I'm meant to be there and live there. I'm sure a lot of people say that, no doubt. Maybe they feel the same way; maybe they're a little more superficial about it.
